  1. Technically, #7 is Oct. 15 since you can extend the filing of your return until Oct 15 although you still have to pay any tax due by April 15.

  2. I like the first question: “What does the Constitution do?”

Answer: Nothing – because our government completely ignores it.

  3. Yes, I could pass it even if they gave me all 100 questions. Happy to say I missed only how many amendments in the constitution and I didn’t know the vice president was a secretary level person. All the others were fairly easy. Wow I feel good.

  4. I think that April 15 is acceptable. You could file an extension, but you are still filing something any paying estimated taxes.

For Adam’s comment, you have to know your audience with who has written the test. This is going to be very pro-American ideals. :)

  6. Not quite correct about April 15. If you have a refund coming there is no requirement to file by April 15th. The government is more than happy to keep more of you money and pay no interest.

And Adam, remember is that all it takes for evil to flourish is for good people to do nothing. Now go vote to get W’s cronies out of there!
