I’ve always thought that the only problem with trying to find a spouse online was the lack of accountability. But if the person searching has good accountability within his/her church (perhaps getting some wisdom and counsel throughout the process from the church leadership or trusted brothers or sisters), there seems to be no biblical reason why this can’t be done. I like what John Piper has to say on the subject. He’s right. The church needs to do more to help in this area.
